I booked an appointment here for a first visit as I was pregnant. 4 days before my appointment, I unfortunately miscarried. When I went to the hospital I was cared for and they told me to keep my appointment and that they would notify them about what happened and aftercare for recovery. This was not done, no one knew when I showed up and had to explain myself over the 3 appointments I had at this office. Dr. Harter is amazing, his staff is amazing as well. They help you feel comfortable and not awkward. I have been going there for over 12 years. Hard to get into, little bit of a wait but worth it. He always remembers me and my children. He also did my surgery I trust him and his input. Thank goodness my new insurance is with him. I don’t want to part ways with him or his staff.
I had a pap with Bernadette Santos with assistance from Kim and it was by far the best exam I’ve ever had! They were both so kind, informative, and professional. I was handled with such care and they didn’t make me feel dumb when I had any questions. And a huge plus with how clean they were!
