Very pleasant experience even though I did not feel well, and the visit was lengthy. Pleasant Reception; EXCELLENT care by Lab Technician, PhysAsst Cabasada & Dr.Lao's POC, Jeffrey (who's been helpful/responsive in many ways for several weeks!)
The nurse was very professional and interactive with me. The shot itself "stung" (I think because of the alcohol swap). She set the timer for 15 mins and came back over to check time and said "oh 1 minute to go" We laughed.
I called and made an appointment for a blood test at this site. I clearly stated that the test was authorized by a referring physician not my family practice physician who practices at this site. The call center assured me that this would not be a problem. Today, I came in for the scheduled blood test. But I was refused service because the test was not initiated by a physician practicing at this site. The Clinical Practice Manager, Enrigue Bravo, explained that this is the policy.
