I am always treated with a smile and a friendly hello from the ladies in the reception area. Also as always, the reception area is very clean and very comfortable to wait in. The young lady who escorted to the medical area was also very nice and very easy going as well as very professional. I was extremely impressed with this office. All are friendly and professional, organized and timely. The receptionists were knowledgeable and helpful. The medical assistant was extremely well trained and very caring. The manager was very informative and Dr. Lao took her time and was very patient with us. This has definitely renewed my faith in the medical care in Las Vegas as my previous experience with other doctors was not positive. Thank you to all of the staff at this office. This was our myself and my husband visit and couldn't believe how comfortable everyone made us feel. The doctor (Lou) was great and didn't rush and was very good listening and giving feed back and what she recommended to keep us healthy. We don't like change but would recommend. Thank you for making us feel important and comfortable. 😊
The clinic was clean. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. King's nurse was very thorough in his questioning of my previous health issues as well as my concerns now. Dr. King 🤴 was just the type of doctor I wanted. He listened to me and asked questions pertinent to my previous health issues. He explained the different tests he ordered. I was thrilled with the entire process!
Very pleasant experience. Checked in on-line, arrived 15 mins prior to appointment time. Almost no waiting, got called in and spend over half an hour with my cool and very informative doctor that made me feel a very special patient although I know he truly care for ALL his patients equally. We need more of good devoted doctors like Dr. Edward Clark and this world would be a better healthier place to live. Thank you for your service, truly appreciate it. Rene Lindain
