Dr. Kline is AMAZING! I love her so much. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and relatable. I’ve had some scary things I’ve had to see her for, and she’s been so kind every time. If it was possible to give this place a negative star I would. The staff here are incredibly rude. I was scheduled to see a doctor I was comfortable with. And they changed my doctor without notifying me. On top of that, the new doctor had no idea on my chart or medical history. And tried to prescribe me menopause medication at 23
I'm a Veteran and my child was seen for thr initial visit with a diagnosis. Returned again to see another doctor who has no idea what's going on and have to retell the history and given medication that was incorrect. Went back again for a third visit which was pointless and we finally gave up and have to see a new doctor in a different place. Dont fooled by mediocre care and awful staff. There is something that is true. A product can be great but if you dont have a solid staff your business will fail. At this clinic you are just numbers and a money pit. They are not serious about your health or care about it. Each visit you will get someone different that has no clue about your health situation.
