Called in at 8:33am for a phone call back from our NP Erin Nashimoto. We reviewed all symptoms with the agent on the phone and were told Erin would call us back very shortly. Waited all day and called in twice for status updates and each time the phone agent would state that someone would call and we have been put on the priority list. 4:31pm we got worried since they close at 5pm and still had not received a call back. I have now been in Vegas for almost two years and at the age of 71 have seen a good number of doctors. Not one of them comes close to the professionalism and competency of Dr. Vohra at Intermountain Health Clinic. He not only listens to my concerns, I feel he has a genuine interest and commitment to me as a patient. If he should ever move....I will definitely follow.

All of the nurses were professional, and knowledgeable to my needs. Of course Dr. Ofa was her always congenial self. My wife and I are so happy to have To have Dr.Ofa as our primary care Physician. She always asks about any problems we are having and what she can do to to help us take care of them. She's just the greatest !! Thank you for your help with our Cases.

I have been trying to get a referral sent over to my neurologist for months & nothing yet. They are sending the referral to themselves which is just pure stupidity 😒 This should be your absolute last option & I say this with my whole heart. I've called, showed up in person & everyone see's the problem but can't do anything. Here's to hoping I dont die waiting THANKS FOR NOTHING 😭❤️‍🩹

The front desk girls were very kind and efficient. My PA Nafeeoah hope I got her name, spelt right. She’s conscientious easy to talk to make sure you’re calm before she takes your blood pressure always has a smile. Jennifer, NP I just love her. I’ve been going there a little over a year. I love how she takes time with you answers all your questions and never really seems to be in a rush. I feel very confident to have my health care in her hands.
