Two appointments here were a waste of my time and money. I’m no further ahead than when I first came to the office, and waited months to be able to get into him. The med assts are great but Dr. Bubb, not so much. Without getting too deep into my med history, I found the bedside manner to be arrogant and lacking empathy. He disagreed with the treatment regimen another doc put me on (which was actually helping) but yet he couldn’t give me an answer on how he would otherwise suggest treating my symptoms. Saw my Dr. Jeremiah Nelson yesterday on 7/21/25. As usual he was excellent, no question about it. Have not seen a doctor like him . Very professional, courteous, explains to us very well , listens to us , gives us his full attention & anything I say will be less . I would like to keep him as my doctor as long as I can . My experience was excellent the staff and Dr Bubb were excellent . This was my first time seeing Dr.Bubb. He took his time to explain my medical conditions, and test results . Dr Bubb was very knowledgeable about my medical conditions. . He had a very warm and caring personality. My birthday was in two days Dr. Bubb and his staff wished me a Happy Birthday, they also gave me a birthday card. . I was so amazed and impressed with everything .
I have been liviing this country 60 years . Having diabetes 70 years. I met more than dozens Endocrinologists . Dr. Jeremiah Nelson is very impressed to me he asked me all the family history, my diabetes history, He puts in his computer A-Z about my Diabetes history's. My doctor is arguably the best doctor I have ever experienced. The care I recieve from this office is top notch. My appointments are on time. The value of care is top notch from the entire office. I will continue my care there, forever if I have choices!
