Set a follow up appointment 6 months in advance. Checked in, waited about 15 minutes, then I was told I didn't have an appointment. I insisted there was, then they said they cancelled because the doctor was off today. I asked why they didn't call me, their response was we don't do that.

the nurses at the front desk are so rude and could careless to really help. if you even question what they are saying they no longer want to assist you, they turn up there noses, because they are in charge and how dare you question there authority. not sure they even consult with the doctors, they make decisions that affect your health.
