I am extremely disappointed with my experience. As someone who works in the industry, I understand that unexpected situations can arise — however, professionalism and communication should never be optional. After submitting an application, being approved, and verbally confirming a move-in date with a representative on Friday afternoon, we spent the entire weekend preparing for our move. They refuse to answer the phone. They have outsourced their phones to some company in the Philippines that has no idea what is happening. Our roof started leaking 2 months ago and they have yet to complete the repairs involved in that issue. They are awful. I can’t imagine anyone being so terrible at their job and keeping their business. Do not use them for anything.
