CONTRARY TO THE OWNER’S RESPONSE: No where in the scheduling email sent to me or attached letter did it say “doors don’t open until 8:30pm”…WHICH IS WHY THERE WAS GROUP WAITING outside. I recently completed a sleep study as I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. My technician was Marie who was awesome and very helpful with any questions. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience as I was hoping. The co-pay was a couple of hundreds of dollars ( which I understand), however the amount of disruptions I experienced throughout the night was aggravating to me given that I had a costly co-pay and did not sleep well. Don't recommend if a firm mattress is painful for you. I always sleep on my side, but I also have chronic shoulder problems. Normally, sleep doesn't aggravate my shoulder symptoms. Unfortunately, this facility had the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. I was unable to get to sleep because my shoulder pain was so severe that I was in tears. This has never happened to me in any other bed. I finally ended up getting about an hour of sleep. Now I have to get a new test done elsewhere because my doctors don't feel enough data... read more
Best place to get sleep study done. Fast appointment available, extremely accommodating and comfortable rooms. I have had multiple sleep studies done at this location and every time it has been a breeze. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. I can not recommend them enough!
Felt very comfortable. Place was very clean. Staff made u feel very relaxed and respect for privacy. Staff explained all the procedures to you. Very pleased with care I recieved.
