Stay away!! I've never had such a bad experience with a "professional" company before. It is either a scam or the world worst managed company out there. It's been 3 weeks since they charged me money and since then they didn't show up to the office when I was supposed to drop off the machine, zero warning. They never answer the phone. The one time I was able to reach the owner I got empty promises that are still not fulfilled. If you value your time. Do not go there! Update: he just called me back. I've had two sleep studies at the International Institute of sleep in Plantation and both times the staff was very Professional and friendly.I believe that their do diligence helped me get the proper diagnosis and I will definitely recommend the Institute to friends and family.
Very upset! I get sent their by community care and the first time I went there I could not find it the place is not very well lit. Could not find the place and had the reschedule when I did reschedule the VA told me they never got the information about my sleep study until 12 days later. I was very upset and disappointed that they treat veterans this way. Not giving the VA the information until a week later is unacceptable I won’t be back. STAY AWAY! Pictures of the dim lighting
