This place was truly awful. We contacted them to give him and never got back to us about the cost for getting a study with our insurance. We even spoke with Aisha who said she would get back to us. And of course she never did. I'm not going to beg to give a lousy business my business. If they're are too lazy to call my insurance and set up a study, I'll go elsewhere.
I can't speak for the services, but this place was very hard to find. I ended up going to deerfield in the end to drop off my sleep set. If you are a lone female traveling by yourself this place can be downright creepy. Initially I could not find the exact location of the building which I guess is nestled in a labyrinth of dimly lit corridored buildings. Tony was outstanding. Small concerns: Bathroom is public rather than per room. Room temp was way too cold for the furnished blankets Everything else was excellent.
Very upset! I get sent their by community care and the first time I went there I could not find it the place is not very well lit. Could not find the place and had the reschedule when I did reschedule the VA told me they never got the information about my sleep study until 12 days later. I was very upset and disappointed that they treat veterans this way. Not giving the VA the information until a week later is unacceptable I won’t be back. STAY AWAY! Pictures of the dim lighting
The telephone number on the VES paperwork for getting help in obtaining directions because I was lost but no answered the number ( i called three times) The address sign for the International Institute of Sleep building was not facing the street side I stayed up the night before so that sleeping was no problem I thought the bedroom was extremely cold I felt very restricted with so much gear attached to my body during the test I never received the results from the sleep apnea test
