Bill was wonderful! Furniture is dated and not the most comfortable but the staff, (Bill), was very accommodating, professional and kind. He made it a pleasant experience for me.
On March 9th, I had a horrible experience at the International Institute of Sleep, Inc. (Plantation location). My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 PM, and I arrived around 8:25 pm, walking into a labyrinth-style office complex to get to the sleep lab front office door. I am writing to dispute the formal misrepresentation of events in your response regarding March 9th. The claim that I was untruthful is categorically false, as my statement to the 911 operator aligns with the facts of the situation. The same patient I was outside with when making the call did confirm with the 911 operator on the events. They treat you with respect and compassion. Tony was awesome. And, I am not always the best patient. Comfortable settings.
This is a mixed review. The test experience and staff were good but FOUR weeks after the study the doctor still has not received the results. Despite calling the Institute FOUR times, they still haven't gotten around to sending him the results. That is unforgivable since the doctor can't evaluate and start a treatment plan until he knows the results.
