I recently completed an overnight sleep study at the International Institute of Sleep, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and created a comfortable environment for rest. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a sleep study, and the air conditioning was set perfectly, which made it easy to relax. Nancy assisted me with getting set up and connected for the study. I had a wonderful experience. The room was set up like bedroom with a recliner and a chair. Had a somewhat cozy feeling to it. The nurse was really nice and explained everything that she was doing. I would recommend to everyone.
Stay away!! I've never had such a bad experience with a "professional" company before. It is either a scam or the world worst managed company out there. It's been 3 weeks since they charged me money and since then they didn't show up to the office when I was supposed to drop off the machine, zero warning. They never answer the phone. The one time I was able to reach the owner I got empty promises that are still not fulfilled. If you value your time. Do not go there! Update: he just called me back. I came looking for answers and I got them. Tony was professional, he hooked me up, monitored me through the night as I slept. When I awakened because of my breathing, he was aware. Fabulous! I'll have a machine in my house.
Very upset! I get sent their by community care and the first time I went there I could not find it the place is not very well lit. Could not find the place and had the reschedule when I did reschedule the VA told me they never got the information about my sleep study until 12 days later. I was very upset and disappointed that they treat veterans this way. Not giving the VA the information until a week later is unacceptable I won’t be back. STAY AWAY! Pictures of the dim lighting
