I've been to two different Sleep Study Places I am normally a difficult patient. Tony, the technician who runs the show was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that was going to happen and was very attentive to anything that I needed. I highly recommend going to the institute of Sleep study.
Very upset! I get sent their by community care and the first time I went there I could not find it the place is not very well lit. Could not find the place and had the reschedule when I did reschedule the VA told me they never got the information about my sleep study until 12 days later. I was very upset and disappointed that they treat veterans this way. Not giving the VA the information until a week later is unacceptable I won’t be back. STAY AWAY! Pictures of the dim lighting
On March 9th, I had a horrible experience at the International Institute of Sleep, Inc. (Plantation location). My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 PM, and I arrived around 8:25 pm, walking into a labyrinth-style office complex to get to the sleep lab front office door.
