After moving from Florida, finding a doctor like Dr. Guerette has truly been a blessing. His treatment has been life-changing for me. Thanks to his care and expertise, my quality of life has improved tremendously. Dr. Guerette is kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. I do not recommend this practice at all. I went in to see Dr Guerette on 04/21/26. I should have known there was red flag when I was asked to pay $40 for a Pap smear which is what I booked the appt for. The nurse took me back and advised that he does not do breast exams, but the female doctor does. Because of this I decided to leave. I NEVER saw the doctor but he FILED A CLAIM with my insurance saying he did a pelvic exam and urinalysis which DID NOT happen! I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment, and ended up having to wait an hour and 30 minutes to be seen. When I stated I needed to leave, I was asked to wait and shown to the patient room. I proceeded to wait 10 more minutes. Oh, I was never seen. I also had a UTI, and requested a refill on the medication that had been prescribed previously in the past, from my pharmacy. My pharmacy sent the request 3 times a week previous to Intimate wellness, and never received a response. I called the nurses station to submit a refill ... read more
