They appear to be good initially and caring, however, blatantly lie when it comes to the ease of obtaining repeat doses of medication and timeframes. Will do and say anything to try and convince you to take your pet back just to get maximum money out of you. I know, im not a vet but have dealt with multiple in different areas and states with the same issue for 10 years and this group is by far the most money hungry and full of lies, manipulation, backtracking and avoiding the answering questions to admit they're doing the ab... read more
Great experience at Gippsland Veterinary Group Inverloch Clinic. Amanda and Josie were friendly and took time to settle the two nervous cats (the dog wagged through the whole appointment as usual). Annual vaccinations were delivered without any apparent stress to all three pets. Highly recommend this clinic!
They treat my girl Poppy & myself like princesses, they truly care about her welfare 😍 I'm sure they treat all their clients & patients with the same respect 😷🐶🐺🐦🐎 💖
Very impressed with all the staff I met here today: friendly and knowledgeable. Our elderly dog got a thorough assessment and I received helpful advice. We were offered an appointment on the same day that I rang. Fees were much better than city vets. I’m very happy to have found such a caring and professional practice.
Missy and Josie were lovely to deal with. Couldn't get into my local vet but Missy went far and beyond to help us out. Our dog was seen by Josie and was taken great care of..He is now on the mend. Thank you so much ladies. We will definitely be back on a Mon, Tues or Thurs.😁
