IWM works as my management company for my townhome community here in Vancouver, WA. They need to be audited! They cannot reconsile their accounting books correctly. I try to call and speak with our management "team" and I never get a response. I've left several messages and e-mails. The board members need to fire this management company and look for a new one. All board member's have been CC'd on this.
For anyone seeking a rental be warned not to use the services of this company. I found a rental, was told to wait till Fri. and call back on Mon. the following week to see if a certain person did not decide to take it, who had first dibs on it. I called back left msgs~very hard staff to reach. Finally I got a call (msg) back on Wed. that it was available, and an agent would show it to me.
