Terrible nurse/front desk. Called me to schedule an appointment, said she would send appointment info and instructions to my patient portal. I never received anything through the patient portal. When I called her back to ask questions about my upcoming appointment (since I had no info or confirmation), she had such a nasty attitude like I should have already known answers to everything. The lady who did my blood and ultra sound was so welcoming and kind. She got me in early and out fast. I think she said her name was Dennis
Nancy is the BEST at the CL office. She is so efficient and has the sweetest bedside manner. She is so positive and cheery it is a joy to see her for appointments!
We were referred to Dr Karande after a year of trying with no success. The staff were all very helpful and quick to respond. My most interactions were with Nancy at the Crystal Lake location and she is AMAZING! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy calmed me down when i was nervous about the process and she answered all my silly questions.
I wish I could have said I even made it to my appointment. Saying I had the worst experience with the Crystal Lake Office is an understatement. I chose this office after hearing the positive reviews of Dr. Karande. After the first interaction I had with the front desk woman when I arrived, early for my appointment, was an embarrassment. Not only this office, every person in healthcare and an insult to every Mom to be. Clearly she has been allowed to speak disrespectfully to patients for far too long.
