Dr. Klipstein listened to all my concerns and worked with me and my husband to create a plan with next steps. She is compassionate , confident and took her time. She always asked if my husband and I had questions along the way. I felt great about the plan we developed, her team is quick with response and always professional and very detailed with scheduling and instructions on medications. I usually do not write reviews, but my experience with InVia was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. The biggest issue was the constant miscommunication between the doctor and the front desk staff. We were given incorrect medication instructions, which caused us to miss an entire transfer cycle. Anyone going through IVF understands how emotionally devastating that is. The problems did not stop there. After today’s appointment I am switching doctor. MEGAN the front desk girl is super unprofessional and rude. Today I checked in for blood work and they took me 45 min later . The nurse who was taking my blood apologized to me for the wait and said she had no idea that I am here. This is very strange so I decided to ask MEGAN ( the rude front desk girl) why this keeps happening bc this is not the first time … with rude and cold face she answered “ so did you get your blood drawn or not”? …. My spouse and I were able to welcome our beautiful baby girl and grow our family thanks to the incredible doctors and staff at InVia. Our journey was long, emotional, and at times very stressful, but their kindness, professionalism, and consistent support truly helped ease the process every step of the way. I had a great experience with Dr karande and his amazing team. He was very kind,patient everything clearly but also direct and honest. The whole process felt much less stressful because I always knew what to expect. The staff was also friendly and helpful,which made every appreciated how supportive and they worked really hard to reassure me. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable fertility specialist.
