I worked with the staff at Invia for over two years through my egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer. All staff I worked with were great. They are caring, reassuring, and will answer any questions you have. I felt very well taken care of anytime I had to go in. Nancy, at the Crystal Lake office, was amazing and sweet. It’s actually bittersweet to be released from them to go to an obgyn. Thank you!
I had a really positive IVF experience with InVia from start to finish — from egg retrieval, to transfer, to finally graduating from the clinic. I worked primarily with Dr. Karande. He is straightforward, honest, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions throughout the process. Dr. Klipstein listened to all my concerns and worked with me and my husband to create a plan with next steps. She is compassionate , confident and took her time. She always asked if my husband and I had questions along the way. I felt great about the plan we developed, her team is quick with response and always professional and very detailed with scheduling and instructions on medications. I usually do not write reviews, but my experience with InVia was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. The biggest issue was the constant miscommunication between the doctor and the front desk staff. We were given incorrect medication instructions, which caused us to miss an entire transfer cycle. Anyone going through IVF understands how emotionally devastating that is. The problems did not stop there.
