We were with Invitation Homes for 10 years. They have been amazing all maintenance request were always fixed right away. The move out process was so easy they had a pre-inspection to help us receive our security deposit back. Shout out to Kaylyn and Andrew our move out inspector for always being great! Great Company!
Joaquin was an absolute delight. He was extremely thorough and incredibly helpful. He noticed things we didn't even see that weren't working correctly. He explained how things work and how to fix them again by myself if necessary. If you get Joaquin to cover your maintenance walk through you've hit the jackpot. I'm super happy with the service.

I have been with Invitation Homes for over 2 years now. I haven't had any issues. Any time I have put in a request, they take care of it quick. Any time I talk to a rep on the phone, they are always really nice. I renewed my lease and there wasn't a ridiculous increase. Overall, I have been happy here.
I'm staying and sticking with Invitation Homes until we get our Home Loan Pre-Approval to be Homeowner's again. I've been renting with them since 2024, and they have addressed EVERY issue I've had from a late fee removal to AC broken for days and a hotel credit given to brand new appliance accessories when broken. They truly have top notch customer service and actually care about their tenants.
