Invitation Homes had landscape work done in our backyard, and it turned out amazing. They ordered the trees and plants, and the technicians, Mr Lusbin Castila and Mr Saul Galindo, did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all our questions. The new trees and plants look beautiful and completely transformed the backyard. Well Mr. Frank Simpkins @ Invitation Homes he was my Maintenance Technician on this visit I had my six month inspection with him and I have to admit he was simply awesome 👌 and I/ we only needed (2) 9 volt batteries for my inspection and that made my home complete and problem free!!! Disappointed with How My Rental Application Was Handled I was approved for a home and paid my deposit right away to secure it. Everything seemed fine until I was later told that the property management company decided not to accept my Section 8 voucher after all. This was after they had already approved my application and taken my deposit. Stay away! We dodged a bullet! We actually got lucky not to get involved with this company. We found a house posted by Invitation Homes that had only been posted 14 hours earlier. That same day, we did a self tour, submitted our application, paid our $165 in application fees all within 20 hours of the house being posted. We received an email stating that the house has been taken off the market and is on hold for us while they verify if we are approved to rent the home.
