I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jirsa, his front office Ruth, his assistant Chloe, and the office manager Michelle. Our son had his 3rd molars removed 6/12/2026. I have worked in general dental for 30+ years. This experience is exactly how I knew it should & did go. Thank you for taking great care of our son, explaining all of the things to expect, the paper instructions, the follow up call last night from Dr. Jirsa to make sure he was doing well. Everyone @ IOMS is the best!! Thank you again!
This was a very positive experience. Everyone was kind and pleasant. Although I wasn't looking forward to this visit, I was surprised how easy and painless it was. I had an extraction and I honestly didn't feel any pain. Dr. Cho was incredible. Totally painless and he is so nice. His nurse was also wonderful. I recommend this office 100%!
From the scheduling call through the post-surgery follow-up by Dr. Jirsma, I was treated with respect and obvious concern for my comfort and well-being. The procedure was thoroughly gone over wo me, my questions were answered and adjustments about sedation made. Shout out to Connor and Erin for excellent care! I highly recommend this team!
I cannot recommend Iowa Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly at the door, which immediately put me at ease. My wait time was incredibly short, and the entire surgical process was handled with impressive speed and efficiency by Dr. Jirsa and Heather. Had a great experience at Iowa Oral Surgeons. Dr Kaswell and his assistant were very efficient explaining each part of the procedure prior to and following the extraction. The tooth was out almost before I even realized it! The follow-up care was excellent. The cost of the procedure was less than I expected. If I should need lthe surgeons again I will definitely choose Iowa Oral Surgeons.
