This was a very positive experience. Everyone was kind and pleasant. Although I wasn't looking forward to this visit, I was surprised how easy and painless it was. I had an extraction and I honestly didn't feel any pain. Dr. Cho was incredible. Totally painless and he is so nice. His nurse was also wonderful. I recommend this office 100%!
Had wisdom tooth removed. It was done within 2 weeks of initial appointment and they were all amazing! Dr S was fantastic and very thorough with everything! Her staff was comforting as well. Highly recommended
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jirsa, his front office Ruth, his assistant Chloe, and the office manager Michelle. Our son had his 3rd molars removed 6/12/2026. I have worked in general dental for 30+ years. This experience is exactly how I knew it should & did go. Thank you for taking great care of our son, explaining all of the things to expect, the paper instructions, the follow up call last night from Dr. Jirsa to make sure he was doing well. Everyone @ IOMS is the best!! Thank you again!
A week ago, Dr. Sunstrom and her nurses helped to remove two of my teeth. The experience went as the well as possible. They are very professional and made me feel as calm as possible. After the procedure, I went home with medications for infection, pain relief, and Inflammation. The doctor called me that night to check on me, which was nice and unexpected. The healing is coming right along, and I’m so glad I had Dr. Sunstrom as my surgeon!
I had an implant done 7 years ago and had a good experience. Recently went in for a second implant consultation. I was told I would be charged for a consult. They failed to tell me there would be $280 charge for a CT scan. I did not pay this before. They also charged $500 extra for a surgical guide not covered by insurance. It is clear that the office is doing whatever they can to squeeze as much money from customers already spending a hefty sum on an implant. It should be all included in the price of the implant.
