From my initial consultation to actual procedure the staff here exceeded all expectations. Everything went very smooth, I was met at the front desk by a woman was was kind, thorough and professional, walked back to the operating room with a couple individuals who were friendly, wanted to be sure I was as comfortable as possible, and explained everything that was happening along the way, then the doctor came in an recapped what we had already discussed for the procedure and was as kind as possible through it all. Dr. Senstrum is an outstanding physician. She walked me through the tooth extraction process, and talked me through the extraction. This alleviated much of the stress I had. Her staff is exceptional as well. It's clear that they demonstrated a team effort with their patients.
I got my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Richman and everything was great! The consult was easy to set up with a referral from my regular dentist. Surgery went by very fast and I felt well taken care of the entire time. They give very detailed instructions for recovery and swelling and pain was minimal for me!
Everyone was extremely nice and professional, starting with the receptionist and ending with the business assistant. Every step along the way was explained in great detail. My dental procedure went smooth and quick. Dr. Joshua Richman is one in a million! The post procedure instructions were very clear and the paperwork sent home was very helpful. Thank you for the most positive experience!
Dr. Richman was fantastic. He explained everything extremely well while working through what I needed done. Both nurses that were with me on the consult day and the removal day were friendly and very helpful! 5/5 experience all around!
