Everyone was extremely nice and professional, starting with the receptionist and ending with the business assistant. Every step along the way was explained in great detail. My dental procedure went smooth and quick. Dr. Joshua Richman is one in a million! The post procedure instructions were very clear and the paperwork sent home was very helpful. Thank you for the most positive experience!
My son needed an extraction and they got us in very quickly. It was a great experience overall. The staff was knowledgeable and kind.
My 17yo had wisdom teeth removed today. The entire process was very well detailed, from consultation to extraction. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind, but I think was drove me to write this review was Dr Sunstrom calling to check on him at 710pm on a Friday night. Not a nurse, not the office staff, the surgeon. Very impressed and much appreciated. Top notch staff and facility.
Dr. Sunstrum and her nurses were amazing. They answered any questions or concerns that I had. I was nervous at first but after talking to her I felt comfortable with the surgery. Their office worked with my insurance and they gave me a rough estimate for my cost. My tooth extraction went smoothly. I know she will do an amazing job with my dental implant.
I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone was very personable and kind, especially Ashley. Dr. Harvey was outstanding, had no pain.
