Receptionists, nurses, and surgeons were all very kind, calm, and answered all of my questions. I had great experiences with phone call and in-person communication before and after my procedure. I would recommend for anyone looking to have their wisdom teeth removed also!
I had oral surgery done to remove 2 teeth that originally had caps on them. Dr. Sunstrum and her assistant were amazing! Everything went smoothly and the at home care was clearly explained. Thank you for everything you have done
I had a really good experience at their Waukee location. Dr Sunstrum and Marnie were just wonderful! They were attentive to my concerns, especially regarding my TMJ and they were sensitive to my individual needs. They made a truly pleasant experience out of something less than pleasant. All the staff I encountered were kind and comforting. I would highly recommend them!
Dr. Harvey and Jeff did an amazing job! Thank you for taking the time to care about my needs, answering questions, ensuring I was comfortable and explaining post surgical care. I was relaxed and put at ease. The front desk staff is also very friendly. I’d highly recommended this practice for anyone needing wisdom teeth removal or an extraction.
Dr. Harvey and Jeff (RN) did an excellent job in extracting my lower wisdom tooth. I was in and out in about 15 minutes (it seemed like). Extraction went well and manageable pain!! Billing and front desk made everything a smooth transition. Thank you all for your great service!!!
