My 17yo had wisdom teeth removed today. The entire process was very well detailed, from consultation to extraction. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind, but I think was drove me to write this review was Dr Sunstrom calling to check on him at 710pm on a Friday night. Not a nurse, not the office staff, the surgeon. Very impressed and much appreciated. Top notch staff and facility.
Dr. Sunstrum was unbelievably kind and helpful. I met her during the consult. She explained my options including pain relief. Next they sent it out to my insurance company then call to explain my price options. On the day of the procedure I was extremely nervous because I opted for the least medicated option. I didn’t want to lose a day at work. So I opted to locally numb the area and use laughing gas to relax me. It worked! I was very comfortable. They even offered me a blanket. I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Sunstrom had a wonderful bedside manner! She and her team were very reassuring and did their best to keep me comfortable and informed as to what was going on during each phase of my tooth extraction! I will highly recommend them to anyone!!
Receptionists, nurses, and surgeons were all very kind, calm, and answered all of my questions. I had great experiences with phone call and in-person communication before and after my procedure. I would recommend for anyone looking to have their wisdom teeth removed also!
Excellent work and best attitude and safe practices. As someone with extreme anxiety, Dr Sunstrom couldn’t have been any more patient and comforting to provide me the best experience possible.
