I have used this repair place a few more times besides my last experience but I wanted to be sure to leave a review here for my last experience. I have a IPAD Pro that I was able to charge with just wiggling the charger wires, but I was unable to use my plug in ear phones or ear buds. So I knew there was a pin or something bent. I don’t use Bluetooth headphones because it gives me headaches so I was so happy that the owner was able to replace the port. Brought my nephew to fix his iPhone 11. Erick was extremely professional, attentive. He gave us an estimate of 20 minutes for the repair it’s was problem done in 10. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever I need any screen fix I will be returning.
I had such a great experience with Eric! He fixed both my iPad and laptop. He was super professional, kind, and patient when explaining what was wrong. The prices were really reasonable too — especially compared to other places I checked. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and helping people.
