I find her to be very detailed when reviewing my medical history and conditions. She covers all aspects and refers me to specialists as needed. I feel like she remembers me even when it has been several months since I was last in the office. She answers my questions whether they be in person or online. I believe it is important to trust your primary care provider and she is that person for me.
Dr. MALL takes the time to listen. She cares. Highly knowledgeable and I trust her completely
Dr. Mall is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and an excellent listener. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She give me the feeling that she really cares about me. She also communicates her analysis of my issues in a clear manner, and I am always left with an understanding of next steps.
Dr Mall is the Best Family Doctor in all of the Capitol District. She is the ultimate in Family Medicine. You are in excellent hands as a patient of Dr Mall.
Dr Mall took the time to listen. She explained what was going on with my health. Willing to answer questions. Scheduled a follow up visit making sure my meds were working. Great bedside manner.
Not good! She didn't address my concerned the last time I saw her. She asked me to take several tests that do not concern me . She didn't prescribed an alternative medication for me as the one she prescribed me before was making me sick. She sent me to do a biopsy when I don't have cancer. She and staffs made me believe that I have that disease but St Peters hospital told me that wasn't necessary as I did breast ultrasound abroad and the biopsy came out negative.Not to forget all the stress I went through before I made those... read more
Initially thought she was terrific. However, the practice (office staff) are rude, will not convey messages to physician, refuse to assist with appointment requests, and when asked to make appointments for a referral by Dr Mall, do not. It is appalling and reprehensible. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to be very wary. The office staff are among the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience in my life. No, I do not recommend. If you are someone who wants to become a lab rat, and you have all the time to get a number of tests done, then you are going to like Dr. Iram Mall. Plus, her office has a front desk by the name of Jen who does not have customer service skills. Just adding more reasons for us to replace her as the primary doctor.
