She was recommended to me so I called to ask about setting up my first appointment. Called at 2pm and got an outgoing message that the office was closed but could wait for an operator. Waited so I could ask for their hours. Woman says 3pm (I think) and tranfers me back and I get the same message again. Wiat for another operator who tells me they are open but this is the outgoing message they have when the phone lines are busy.
