If you are looking for a place to care for your aging parent. DO NOT look anywhere else!! The team at Iris are the most caring, compassionate people and were made to do this job, hands down. Thank you for taking care of my sweet father and putting up with his shenanigans. Iris was the only place we didn’t end our visits in tears, because we knew he was in good hands. The love they have for their residents never ceases to amaze me 💜

DO NOT PUT YOUR LO HERE..The food was terrible, their cheap snacks were expired, no snacks for family members. You were not Encouraged to eat with your LO. If a resident wanted to go outside each day they were not allowed. My LO was neglected and abused. Had bruises on his arms daily. When inquiry was made about bruises No one knew anything. Not bathed regularly and had wet pull-ups regularly..they don’t check regularly for UTIs or bed sores. General care is unacceptable.. A bad experience!
