I have had the pleasure of working with Iris for nearly four years as a care giver ,and I must say it's been an incredible journey. The company culture is fantastic, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. My experience has been greatly shaped by my staffing coordinator(Carla Lewis). I love my residents taking care of them reminds me of my grandparents and that gives me joy because i know it’s a blessing when we show the love and compassion. Thank you Iris for all you do! My mom lives at Iris Memory Care in NW Oklahoma City. What an absolute blessing it has been. My mom is treated with respect, compassion, and love. Since she has arrived, she has actually thrived. They have found a way to bring joy in the midst of such a devastating disease. I have had experience with other Memory Care facilities and this is such a different experience. I have been at this community since the building was built in 2015. It will be 2 years in January since Iris took ownership. I must say, this has been an enjoyable experience! Iris Memory Care of NW OKC has some of the best residents I've ever worked with. I learn something new every single day! I consider our residents my grandma & grandpa. We have loved the care and environment Iris has been able to provide to our Dad. We especially love the amount of detail and care they put into the activities they coordinate for the residents. They take the time to know and understand each individual and adapt to their needs. We are so thankful we found Iris!

I could not be happier to have chosen Iris Memory Care Edmond for my mom. Placing a loved one with dementia in a facility is one of the most stressful things I’ve had to do. All of my dealings with the staff have been wonderful, and they were so kind and compassionate.
