Irondoor works installed doors and windows in my home 26 months ago. The doors still do not function properly and they have been back 10 times to “find the solution”. They do not respond to calls for weeks at a time. I have not had a good experience with this product or their service.
I had originally given 5 stars after our door was installed. Our installer, I think Dave is his name, was helpful and positive. He told us he would be willing to help us with our door if anything was ever needed. Just a call... well about 2 weeks later an independent contractor damaged our threshold. We received a quote to repair the damage from the installer, but then we tried contacting him about a dozen times and he would not answer us.
