We are ecstatic about our new Iron Door Works doors. Picking out the design was a smooth and thorough process. They made sure we had everything just right. Excellent work and craftsmanship! Great communication throughout the entire process. Dave and Zander were easy to work with. They installed our iron doors and hauled off the old doors. They masked off our entryway to keep the dust down and then cleaned everything up when they were finished.
Professional, thorough, really nice work, able to tackle some weird issues installing new doors in my old house. I would definitely recommend!
If you thrive on disappointment and frustration, I highly recommend this company. Otherwise, run away as fast as you can. We bought the house with the door installed. The bearings went out. Customer service was waste of time. After several weeks, I finally spoke to Donn who dispatches/manages warranty work. Because I live in Arizona, he would not send anyone out to honor the warranty.
