The selection process was with Kayla in the store and she was quite knowledgeable, professional and personable. She scheduled Evan to come out and do the pre-fab and verify measurements. The installation crew was on time, polite and friendly and certainly competent. All in all a very pleasent experience with this company. I would highly recommend them .

Great company Our door is beautiful Very very happy. Great service. Price was honored months after quote. Door seems Well insulated to me. Much warmer than our wooden door. Thank you so much.

Beautiful, solid, quantity, safety and even affordable would describe our door. We fell in love with the door and put a deposit down, it took us 3 years before we could start our build. Iron door works was patient with no pressure, yet helped every step of the way when we were ready to move forward on choosing a door design, iron colors, glass design and door height. We ordered our door at the Denver home show. Most companies that provide iorn doors source in China so we knew it would be a several month waiting process. All went well from the time of order to the delivery of the door. The installer contacted us as committed and scheduled the time. I have no words to express how HAPPY I am with my new and beautiful iron door. It looks exactly how I envisioned and it and exceeded my expectations. It all began with my great experience with Kayla. Beautiful door! However, the door is not insulated! door sweats and leaves a wet mess on my wooden floors. In fact, wooden floor is ruined near the base of the door. Customer service is NOT GOOD!! I do not recommend this Company!!

So we ordered a custom door from Aubrey and were promised in the Iowa winters we wouldn't have any door sweating issues. When the weather starts to change to colder our door becomes very wet and we have to put towels down to soak up the water with fear it will ruin our hard wood floors, it is also very cold by the door so not well I installed. Like has been mentioned here, take your money somewhere else. We began our door purchase in February 2018 at a home show. The doors look amazing at the show and the sales personnel are more than anxious to tell you anything to get the deposit. First off they showed us the price for the door we really liked and decided to purchase. We gave them our deposit and we thought we would have a door in 3 months as they told us.
