Such an easy transaction and wonderful staff (Jenny)! I walked in without a reservation and Jenny found a unit that suited my needs for a very reasonable price. It was towards the end of the day but she was very efficient, kind, and funny in getting me through the process of getting a unit and the associated paperwork. I was able to get all my stuff moved it pretty quickly. They have a cart for use and the units are protected by a keypad. Very easy and affordably priced!
Good area, reasonable rates, friendly staff. Had my unit for a good couple of years, and then out of nowhere, (after they changed management and introduced a new portal to pay bills), I get an email letting me know there would be a 30% INCREASE IN RENT. I understand that businesses need to adjust their rates to accommodate for inflation, but going from $100/month to $130/month was just a little too steep for me and I could no longer justify keeping it, among other factors such as moving much further away. My mom happens to work here, but the store manager was the one who helped me with the transaction of renting a truck to move. My mom took the initiative on making the reservation and was amazing at finding a drop off location closer to where I live now for my convenience. Overall great customer service from both of them!
The staff in the office are so nice and helpful! The sign up process was quick and easy but I didn’t give 5 stars because after paying, I still wasn’t able to get into my unit for a couple days because there was a lot of miscommunication and I wasn’t given the gate code and their office hours kinda suck. Aside from that, great place!
Jenny was a breath of fresh air. I was next-door at the competitors the day before today it was horrifying absolutely horrifying! Jenny welcomed me with a big smile!! She made a hectic day so much better answered all my questions walked me through everything. I highly recommend for anybody that needs a storage facility.
