Candy has been absolutely amazing. She has been accommodating in my unfortunate circumstance. She is caring and very empathetic. Not many folks like that these days. Ed the maintenance man was very kind as well. I highly recommend this facility. It’s clean and has wonderful staff. Again, thank you Candy. You made my transition go much smoother and less stressful.
My family work there for nearly 13 yrs then 3 days after his wife was cremated they fired him and gave him less than 30 days to move. Not a great place by any means of the imagination. How rude and wrong can they be. Bad business, bad management, and bad ethics. I would NOT store my stuff there if they paid me to. How ruthless can a business be to do someone that worked at both properties for so long and then do that to them. Shame on them!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬💩💩💩💩💩💩☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
My family have been using this facility for 10 years. Never had much issue beyond spiders. In Dec. 2020 the rest went up on our unit. We were never notified of the increase. I found out when I made the payment for January. Here we are in July and again I go to make my monthly payment and the rent went up again without notice. Not the way to run a business and definitely not the way to treat loyal customers. We are moving our stuff somewhere else ASAP.
Prices jacked up with new owners. Absolutely nothing has been done to justify the cost. Barely working gate . But at least they finally fixed it. The cameras IF they work are from 1992. The doors bent and we've had to repair the track twice.
They should change their name to "Dropped our guard" storage. My trailer was only there for a couple weeks before it was vandalized. The company will not assume liability for break ins on their supposedly secure facility. I moved my trailer out immediately. Thousands of dollars in interior damage. I can't emphasize enough that they do not care.
