Not impressed. I've been paying an insane amount to store a few belongings there for a couple of years now. Never one day late paying. I've been trying to inform them for weeks now that I plan to vacate and no one will acknowledge me. When you select the option to move out from the phone menu, conveniently, there's no one available to answer your call. But, select another option and someone picks up right away.
