Update:Renters watch out. Received no help from management. We decided to move down the road and rent the same size unit for $100 less a month. Was very happy with Anchor storage, but have been so disappointed with Iron guard. I just was sent a notice that they are raising my rate AGAIN! I looked online, and saw them advertised for a full $73 less than I am currently paying. My grandma was renting a moving van thru them, great friendly service & quick!
Checked out with the on-site staff in advance of my end of month payment. Had my trailer out on 6/13/2024. Informed the "clerk" prior to leaving, but was charged for another months rent... of course they can't process the credit card, and offer to send a check in 6 weeks!!! Buyers beware, they are a rip off!
Nothing good to say about these crooks. Canceled within 5 minutes of signing up, hey, I reserve the right to change my mind (!) explained to the front desk gal, Cindy that circumstances suddenly changed, no prob, she said Manager who did the refunds was traveling & she would give me a refund in 2 days... but Noooooo! Since then I've gotten every excuse in the book about why I cannot get my $130 back + $30 admin fee. Am done with these crooks. Key Bank filed a DISPUTE against them for me..... Came here to pick up our Penske Moving truck. Very friendly staff & we were gone within 10 minutes of arriving! Thanks to the employees that made this a great experience!
