Best place for storage units, very easy, convenient, and the most helpful people! The Lady at the front counter was so easy to talk to she answered all my questions and a all and all made me feel at ease and completely comfortable. The whole place is very clean and kept up as well very friendly atmosphere! I give a 20 out of 10 stars.
Iron Guard Storage n Marysville on Smokey Point BLVD has been great, and Lisa and her help there have been particularly helpful! We never have trouble getting hold of them, and they have been very responsive to our requests. They drove us around in a golf cart to look at spaces available, and helped us switch parking spots quickly when we requested a move to facilitate a better power hook up for our motor home. Couldn't ask for better service!!
Lisa works the administration here at this location. She is amazing very professional very accommodating just overall great people. I highly recommend this storage unit. I think this is one of the best in the area.
Lisa was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the renting process. It was my first time renting a unit and she walked me through the whole process and paperwork.
Update:Renters watch out. Received no help from management. We decided to move down the road and rent the same size unit for $100 less a month. Was very happy with Anchor storage, but have been so disappointed with Iron guard. I just was sent a notice that they are raising my rate AGAIN! I looked online, and saw them advertised for a full $73 less than I am currently paying.
