irond. animal hosp. is great my wife and i love the vets and techs @ irond. animal hosp. they have always treated our dogs like rockstars! they go out of their way to accomodate behavioral issues and really take the time to answer questions and make us feel comfortable. i have never felt pressured or sold and would recommend them to anyone. we will never go anywhere else.
Just...Ok We have taken one of our dogs here twice. Had to wait 10 -15 min past both scheduled appoint. I felt like I was being "sold" while they were examining him. I felt like they "pressured" me into having extra's done. No animal lover and owner should be made to feel guilty about not being able to afford optional procedures. I think that they are "ok", but we are switching to Pittsford, based on other recommendations from neighbors and friends. Irondequoit Animal Hospital The staff and doctors here are friendly and helpful. We have taken our dog Jack to see Dr. Straka for several years and she is wonderful. Annual reminders are sent in the mail. They are a sister hospital to Companion Animal Hospital.
Very organized The office is very clean and organized. You never have to wait to see the doctor. They now send reminders via email. I would recommend them to a friend.
Great vet! The staff here is extremely friendly and obviously loves animals. Service is always prompt and friendly. The office is clean. It has recently been expanded to add additional patient care rooms. This makes service faster. They have also recently implemented an email reminder service to ensure that your animals' care is up to date. I definitely recommend any of the doctors here.
Fantastic People and Service I can't say enough how wonderful the people are at this Hospital. I brought my Shelty in on 11-3-10 and learned he needed surgery. Dr. Kathryn O'Neill and Dr. Scheider were spectacular. They are truly caring individuals along with their staff. The best part of their service is compassion and expertise. They saved my dog Zolo from a life threatening incident, as he had swallowed items that blocked his small intestines.
