Anna (manager?) was very helpful and patient answering my questions, made me feel a bit nostalgic receiving this level of service in this day and age. The (indoor) unit I rented was clean and seems pretty secure, and the rate is reasonable.
The lady at the front counter was very nice and helpful when I inquired about renting a unit.
Anna was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, and the rental and move in process was simple and fast.
Nice people, great service.
Great communication getting a storage unit set up. Brand new facility, with high tech surveillance.
