We are very pleased with the deck the Ironwood Decks built for us. The deck is very sturdy and well built, and the customer service is great. We had a problem with the settling of our deck's steps a year-and-a-half after our deck was complete and they were very responsive and had the steps updated quickly.
Wagner and his team were wonderful to partner with on our new deck. The team was both professional and friendly. We asked them to use Thermory decking. Although they hadn't used the material before, they were up to the challenge. Shannon, the carpenter, attention to detail was something you don't find often anymore in construction. His artistry delivered an absolute beautiful deck that we enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend Ironwood Deck for any patio / decking project.
We had consulted with three other potential contractors about our deck replacement and they all shook their heads at the complications it entailed. Ironwood came in with an absolutely can-do attitude. Everyone from Ironwood who worked on our project was a consummate professional in their area of expertise (e.g. masonry, carpentry), rightfully proud of their work, which resulted in a beautiful new deck for us.
We highly recommend Ironwood Decks. Wagner was easy to work with - very responsive, good communicator with reasonable prices. He kept us informed about everything throughout the process. Our building crew - Frank and Brian - were great. They were very hard workers, always on time, friendly, careful and neat. They answered all questions and concerns immediately. The work was completed in relatively short order and we've enjoyed our beautiful and safe deck all summer.
Ironwood built us a beautiful deck. We are very happy with the quality. They wrapped up when they said they would, they even came back to make a change after we made the last payment and said we were good. Wagner, Frank, and Luke were great to work with, highly recommend.
