I hired Ironwood Deck to replace an old Trex deck that was falling apart. They were great to work with and extremely professional. Their team arrived as scheduled and removed the old deck very quickly. Within a week, the new one was up. We are so happy with the results. The construction quality is top notch. One minor accident occurred that resulted in damage to our downspout gutter. With no questions asked, they replaced the gutter piece right away. I am very happy with my experience and I highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Ironwood Decks. AJ was the best to work with. He always responds to your text and if you call him , he calls back . They are very professional. The deck came out beautifully . Jorge was also great to work with, he answered all our questions. Definitely a company you can trust.
Ironwood deck did a great job and we are super happy with everything. Jorge had a great attention to detail when building and installing the deck. AJ was super helpful in getting the design finalizing and customizing to our desires. AJ and Jorge were able to do everything we wanted in a deck to include metal posts, useable under deck space that doesn’t get wet (rain escape system), flat top railing, and some other things. Ironwood Deck is the BOMB when it comes to creating a masterpiece. We asked them to build us stairs from an existing deck to the bottom of the yard and let me tell you, they exceeded expectations. They not only dealt with a very particular city and county in getting the permit, they engineered a spiral staircase, powder coated it, professionally installed it and seriously, it looks like the stairs always existed there. Ironwood Decks was prompt, professional, and efficient. The gave us appropriate advice for our project and AJ explained the project proposal in layman's terms. The crew was friendly and efficient. Rooster, in particular, was a good communicator. The work was done right and we're very happy with the result.
