Doctor was great and I appreciate the care once I was seen. However, the lady with orange hair at the front desk did not help and came off extremely rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the visit. I was also left waiting about 45 minutes in the exam room before being seen. On a positive note, the young lady who scheduled my next appointment was very kind and polite. I hope the clinic improves front‑desk courtesy and wait times.
The doctor is extremely friendly and thorough. I was in and out. They are strict about being on time so make sure you get there early, but you’ll definitely be happy with the quality of service from this office.. I can update my post once I actually get my procedures done because right now this was a consultation visit so my reading is from my initial visit.
The PA who treated me was excellent. She took her time and answered all my questions. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, this is the smoothest-running doctor's office I have ever been to. They get you into an office soon after your arrival time. If you show up early, they get you in before your arrival time. Highly recommend.
In short I loved the experience I had here in this clinic and definitely recommend it. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. I honestly was a little scared of going because of some of the ratings I saw but it was not at all what I read on the comments. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Kacie Kline and she helped me with my issue and gave me great recommendations and advice. The best part is that I was seen within 5 min of arriving. Sometimes it can be frustrating to have to wait a half an hour plus even with an appointment. 👍
