This is quite possibly the worst company to rent from anywhere! For question asked about my experience with this issue, no work was performed but I was sent a survey too evaluate the performance of their maintenance tech . If you have the option to rent from other than Novo Properties managed or owned property do so ! You won't regret your decision too not live in their space !I gave the one because it was required to post . They don't deserve a star . 6 weeks , and the issue hasn't been resolved.
