The Appointment app and the confirmation regarding the appointment has always been super convenient for us. I’ve met other customers who make 2 hr trips just to make sure it’s Isaac who is touching their heads. I know I did when I was out of town. I brought in my boys after a few months but I was hesitant because one of my boys is Autistic and was seeing a special barber who dealt with children who are on the Spectrum. Isaac understood the challenge and gave my son the opportunity to cope with the dreadful “haircut.” Nowadays, he’ll ask to stop and say Hello when he sees any Barber Shop. Me and my boys will continue to support this business. 💈
