Not easy to get in when there is only one Urologist with Holy Cross. I was grateful to see Dr Ross and to know he would handle my surgery and I would receive great care. His surgery coordinator, Alec is amazing and so organized.
Overall good experience. Would highly recommend.

What stands out to me is that this was a terrible Practice. My father was a surgeon, so I have some knowledge in this area and actually if it weren't for Dr. Para and Darlene you should close the doors on this place. I first met Dr. Ross after four appointments at his office. He basically told me after a Cystoscopy procedure while I was on the table that I was done and there was nothing further he could do for me, that I would either have to wear a catheter permanently or intermittently catharize myself multiple times daily ... read more
Excellent doctor but unresponsive office staff. Almost impossible to reach any one in the office by phone to make an urgent appointment. Even if you show up in person to discuss an urgent issue, they don't seem to care. The front office staff make false promises that a medical assistant or nurse will get back with you. Messages sent through the online portal are not answered by the doctor or office staff.
Most disorganized, unresponsive medical office I have ever seen. They answer the phone by putting you on hold and then they rarely return. They do not return phone calls. Dr. Ross does not respond to messages in the patient portal. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go somewhere else where they may nave time for you.
