The whole team at Island Breeze was a pleasure to work with during the installation process of our new HVAC unit. Katie was a tremendous help in keeping us informed during the scheduling process. The technicians, Lawrence and Dillon, were excellent. They communicated everything very clearly, showed attention to detail with leveling the unit and updating drainage pipes, and showed diligence in resolving an issue with one of the components that was not working correctly and had to be re-ordered and installed on a separate day.... read more
Our home warranty company, arranged to have Island Breeze repair our HVAC unit. I was contacted immediately by Island Breeze and an appointment set up. I was able to communicate with them through text. They were extremely responsive and I knew when the repairman was coming when he got to our front gate.
