I was on the cancellation list, appointment was in November. Pleasantly surprised when they called this morning and had a cancellation.... Staff all very polite, and all my questions were answered I see now(well will when my glasses come in 🤣) why they come highly rated
Dr. Macinnis and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were extremely thorough with the testing and made sure to explain each and every step along the way so it was easy for me to follow along and understand. They all made the experience extremely comfortable and welcoming ☺️
If you need an eye exam, I highly recommend Island Eyecare. The staff are friendly, informative and will answer any questions to make your experience more pleasant. The office is bright and their display of frames is great. Their patience is above and beyond. Thank you Island Eyecare…a very satisfied patient.
