The carts are $150 per day, which felt overpriced for what was provided. There was no radio or Bluetooth capability, and the cart we received was showing its age. Cart #3 had a worn-out seatbelt release button that left me stuck and buckled in several times, which was both frustrating and a safety concern. We had an amazing experience with Island Surf Shop and Golf Carts. My 3-year-old daughter and I had the best time, and their service made the day even better. Their prices are by far the best in the area, and the customer service was excellent. I was in and out in less than five minutes, which made everything quick and stress-free. What really stood out is that they rent by the hour, so you only pay for the time you actually need. A lot of other places require a full-day rental, which can get expensive. Dale and Andrew were so helpful and easy to work with. The golf cart was very reasonably priced. They gave us recommendations of places to eat and things to see while we were on the island. Will definitely rent from them again!!
We're repeat customers. In my opinion they are the most pleasant and accommodating golf cart rental in Port Aransas; service with a smile. They seem to throughly enjoy running this business and we're thankful to have found them.
Had the best experience with this rental company! We had an issue during the trip with our rental and the owner dealt with the issue for us with no disturbance to our trip with meeting us on the beach to service the broken one while bringing us a new one to continue to use for the rest of our stay. He always has a smile and some of the best customer service you can find. Highly recommend to any one looking for a golf cart rental in port a!!
