Very nice hotel. But very inconvenient shuttle service to & from airport as needed 24-48 hr advance notice! Difficult to find transportation. Even though room was non-smoking, smoke smell came through the vent every time heat turned on.

Check in easy, buffet for $25 each was terrible as the food had no flavor, casino very slow service for drinks about 90 mins before we saw a waitress for drinks, Keller’s food place closed before the time on the sign so I didn’t get a chance to eat, front desk notified and they say call dominos, found a blood stain on pillow

Excellent !! The entire area was spotless-inside as well as outside (except for the snow). Our room was wonderful. We were disappointed that most of the restaurants inside the hotel were closed due to the weather. Everyone was very friendly. I really appreciated the FREE parking ramp, and that I didn't have to come out after a three day stay with 10" of snow on my car!
