The rooms were very nice and cacino was beautiful. Upon checking in I was supposed to receive a discount for the pool tournament at the river center. The Isle staff said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia said they have been trying to contact the Isle for 2 days to refund my discount. To date I have not been refunded and have not heard from Expedia or the Isle again.

This is a really nice property located a little off the beaten path. For a week night stay the rate was fantastic given it is a casino hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Casino floor was very nice.

Room very comfortable & clean. Food good at the deli. The only thing don’t like is smoking allowed

It's a nice clean casino with very nice rooms. I got a room with a view of the Mississippi River. The staff? Very disappointed. The overall attitude was not good. Not accommodating at all to the point of being rude. And, the policy of a 48 hour notice for a ride to the airport is ridiculous.
