carpet was stained in the room but overall experience was good

get several keys Room and bed where good, the only problem i had was every time we went to our room we had to go back to the front desk and get a security person to get us a new key to our room and come up with us to let us in. NOT convenient!!

Customer service needs help I called to confirm my reservation and asked if our room would have a refrigerator and if the pool had towels the operator didn’t know and called the front desk. They couldn’t answe that question either. Staff should know everything about the hotel. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and the pool was dirty. The size of the room and bathroom are good.

Checked in around 4 p.m. and asked for a roll-away to be delivered to our room. When we got to our room around 11 p.m.our roll-away was not there. We called front desk to inform them and they said it would be delivered right away. It was 30 minutes later. We were tired Otherwise, we liked our stay.

Room had king size bed, but sheets didn't fit bed well, to small. Bathtub had a curved bottom and was hard to stand in while taking shower.
