Isle Casino Bettendorf,IA The room was good. The front desk tried to overcharge me. I called hotels.com and they spoke with front desk and then called me back and got the price adjusted to the correct price that I booked thru them. The buffet was good. Had fantastic desserts and fancy desserts.

Nice room cold shower Room waservice nice but no hot water in shower. No discount given. Bed needed more blankets but was comfortable.

I enjoy your hotel very much. This time I stayed in the North tower and was impressed with the walk in shower. The person I was with had a mobility problem and was so happy to see that she could use the shower since there was no tub to climb over. As usual the staff was pleasant and helpful and the hotel very clean and comfortable. We both thought the art work in the hallways and the room was a little funky but fun.
