Liked that I was able to get a last minute reservation on a Friday night. Check in was very easy, friendly staff and clean room. Check out online was easy as well. Only downside is I don't get the same comps as I used to for free rooms now that it is a Caesar property.

Everything was co-study except for the $150 deposit that was a little shocking

Casino was nice, good variety- disappointing that smoking is allowed especially during a pandemic. Several hotel guests without masks. Zero options for a nice sit down dinner aside from the extremely pricey “steakhouse” style place. There is a concession stand with a very limited menu & seating. The pool/hot tub area— no thanks, packed with kids- again, not interested in these conditions ever, especially during a pandemic. Hotel room was decent. Over priced, but ok. Need more amenities to keep up with volume of guests.

Restaurant Service not good. We stayed at this Hotel on the way down South and on the way back North on a 10 Day Trip. When we arrived on Valentine's Day there was a long line for check-in which moved quickly. The Service in the Restaurant The American Grill was not the best. Everyone seemed distracted and unhappy. We did not make a reservation but had dinner at the bar. There was a gal handing out carnations and chocolates, but did not stop to visit us. Not sure what the issue was :(.
