I made a reservation to celebrate my brothers’ 23rd birthday, and when I first arrived, I felt the room was a bit smaller than expected. I went to the front desk for assistance, and Tyler K. was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure everything was perfect for the celebration. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made this a birthday to remember for my brothers. His effort did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated! I hope he knows how much this meant.
The room was nice. Housekeeping sucked. You have to specify you want your room cleaned upon arrival which is fine but even doing that the room was not cleaned had to go get our own towels each day. Also there's a 40.00$ fee for each night as a resort fee. Still have no clue what that's for as the clerk didn't know either
W.O.W. this place was BEAUTIFUL. I still can't believe how inexpensive the room was. The front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful and close to the doors. There was not one single negative thing that could be said!
Room was spacious. Had a good view of the Mississippi River. 11:00pm quiet time was nice. Bed was soft, too soft for my liking, but perfect for my wife. If you prefer a firm pillow, bring your own. Pillows were too fluffy for me, but again, perfect for my wife.
Good location, was hopeful for a good experience, but turned out terrible. Aside from the lobby being filled with cigarette smoke, room was dirty and never serviced. Was told needed to request service 24 hours in advance (despite never being told about this rule and to note that we had only been at the property for 14 hours due to a late arrival.) after multiple requests for fresh towels being ignored and never brought, finally had to pick dirty, wet towels off the bathroom floor just to shower.
