Check-in staff was very welcoming but that afternoon, when I asked for a bar of soap (only one was provided), the man at the desk was not very nice and actually made me feel as though I'd interrupted his time on the computer. Staff at the breakfast area was very nice and made the order perfectly. Surprised there was no buffet?

Cigarette butts are everywhere. Our shower doors had water marks which made me question how often they were cleaned. Missing threshold between bath tile and carpet which created a trip hazard. Photos looked really nice but live it was disappointing
