The staff were all kind and helpful! Access to everything in the building was easy. Comfortable room. Should use a vacuum that goes under the edges of the bed and may need someone tall enough to reach ledge in shower as someone else left soap there.

Thankful there is a restaurant on site and was delicious. We wished there was better breakfast options at the hotel. Obviously smokey by the casino but was thankful the room smelled good.

Towels were like sandpaper! Very cluttered and hard to get around by entrance to facility.

It was located right next to the water park we were at, Day of Check in was also the Day Ragbri was there it was busy and i did have to wait for 35 mins for a room to be ready for us but the staff was very nice and gave us updates the they only had one cleaning lady. Other than that hickup it was a great stay

In all it was a Great stay. My only complaint would be the smoking though we ordered a non smoking room and it did not smell at all the rest of hotel casino did.
