I have been a tenant at Somerset Self Storage for over 5 years and what a great experience it has been. Before Somerset I had tried another non climate controlled space that was more expensive for a one month special and in that time all my belongings were starting to get damp and dusty. Very nice and clean place, price very affordable, customers service was outstanding, if I ever need a storage unit again, definitely going back to this place.

Price gougers. Bait and switchers. And this at a facility where the front gate has been broken for over a year.

After one month of tenancy, I was informed that my monthly rate just got hiked enormously. This is classic bait and switch. Sad to say that iStorage/NSA Storage are just like all the other private equity owned chain storage facilities who prey on their tenants. Once you are moved in, they shamelessly hike the rent for no reason whatsoever (except to line their pockets). Of course they don't offer a lease or a guaranteed monthly rate. Horrible practice for a storage unit that sits in a floodplain!

This has go to be the worst storage unit ever.. we were told that we are not allowed to take the elevator key home fine.. there has been times when we got there when they open at 930 am and they dont have the key..elevators keep breaking down have to bring everything down the steps.. keep raising the fees.. stay away from this place

Istorage of Bridgewater is very nice up front but evil overall. They could have told me up front they suffer from extreme moisture and or water flooding into some of the ground units. But they did not! What they do is build it into their contract and the insurance you pay for, that they don't cover any damage from any source of water. I paid $301.00 a month to have my belongings trashed!

This is the worst storage known to man kind, ever since istorage took over I've had nothing but issues.. First they changed the hours without notification and that was one of the main reasons I got the storage because it was 24hrs, then they charge a late after the 5 and another one after the 15 I've never known of any company to charge 2 late fees... my late fee came to more than my monthly storage smh also they increase your fee without notifying you..as well as they try to justify all the foolishness they do I will be mov... read more

I am not happy with this storage unit company. I have had my things in storage for a while and they used to be fantastic. Then they went corporate and suck. Changes in prices, policies, late fees. They no longer care about the customer only money. The hours to use the lift are when they are there which is hardly ever.. wait.. 9-3 (cause everyone doesn't have a job). Any holiday or weekends they seem to never work so you cant access the lift on your days off, you have to trek your stuff down a flight of stairs. They are extre... read more
