If you want to be able to access your unit, absolutely DO NOT put your stuff at this facility. My door has been broken for 9 months. When I notified them, their response was that they don't have techs. You can't reach the facility, only the call center and they are no help. The only response you get is that the matter has been escalated. Terrible company!
I have been at this location since 2016, recently switched to NSA storage. They messed up on my lock, forcing me to pay a new lock they screwed up with. Then they promised me 6 months locked rate but did not honor it at all. Got increased rate letter the next month! ASK FOR EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They were nice when calling me about the mistake, then rude as hell when I followed up.
Stuff is storage was damaged by the storm no one has been in office almost 2 months the insurance company can't get in contact with anyone and they still expect me to pay the bill I have came up there several times left messages on voicemail left letters in the mail box this is a terrible company I don't recommend
This place is the worst. They increase rental fees on a monthly basis, the staff is rude, we couldn't even get to our unit for weeks because they were building the driveway for menards and the road was basically closed. They still charged us the same price and said if we didn't like it to move somewhere else. The staff is rude and are always riding by in the golf cart looking into the unit when we are here.
