Very friendly & helpful ladies (Cathy & Megan) at the Gainsville location. I had trouble with contract signing over the internet but Megan was very patient with my lack of internet experience and it all worked out very well. Also my daughter had a great experience with both ladies there and they were very helpful to her too.

They lied to me on the phone by telling me I could prepaid months then got me involved in a contract and then wouldn't accept my prepayment so they could raise the rent on me.
