The light circuit has been off for over 36 hrs, management was notified but no results thirty hours later.

OMG!! This place is the hugest scam. Our second year and they are literally raising the rate $30 every 2 months. Went from $300 to now $494 since Feb of this year. That's 9 months $33.27 per month!! 64% increase. Closing this account and cannot wait for everyone else as well. Bankruptcy for iStorage!!
I obtained a unit at iStorage in Gainesville, Virginia. I was given a promotional rate, which iStorage increased after 2 or 3 months (which I expected). Now, they have increased the rate by over $60/month! Very deceptive practices! By next year, will I need to open a vein to pay them???
