I have been using this facility for several months. Nick took over as the new manager a short while ago. He has been learning quickly from what I can tell from the other side of the desk. For example, I paid on my unit one day he was off and the person who accepted my payment forgot to check a box and the next month I got a notice I had a late fee and hadn't paid my bill. I called and when Nick was back in the office he fixed it straight away. That was a relief. Thank you Nick. Keep up the good work.

Love the place, love the price. Friendly service. All the people I have met here are very personable. Other than that Its a storage facility, what more is there to say. I've never had any issues here, which want you really want to hear for a storage place.

Total scam from the business owners and mgmt. They are the worst and won't even let you get inside to see your belongings after hours.

Update - have spoken with more managers, including a person I think is a Regional Manager. Still no indication that I will be compensated in any way for my loss. One of the managers kept saying "I don't mean to make excuses, but..." which is the very definition of making excuses. Blamed the flooding on the city of Auburn Hills. Keep saying it's a 3rd party insurance & therefore they don't decide who gets their losses covered. Well, you decide the level/type of insurance, right? at least two people i know have had their units flood in the last 2.5 month. this place keeps getting sued. do not store your stuff here. ****huge reminder to put valuables in plastic tubs and store up high.

These people are idiots!! Got a gate code first day, tried to access the facility the next day, code didn't work. Called the general number, they couldn't help! Had the manager call me and gave me a general access code that was only good til 10pm. Called the next day, got routed to the idiots for the general customer service who said they would have the facility manager call me back, never called back! Storage Renters Beware! This is a facility Built on a sloping site which means water trouble for your belongings! I stored at this facility for approximately a year. Various Items were stored in moving boxes and much of my stored personal items were unfortunately destroyed by condensation/mildew/water damage. A newly purchased weight set that I put into the storage unit was completely rusted out, books were ruined by moisture, and a number of pillows that were stored in boxes were mildewed and had to be tossed out.
