Great and fast customer service from Jeannie! Very informative and got us hooked up with a unit that was perfectly suited for what we need! Misty was also very friendly! They gave us a free lock with our unit too! I thought that was very nice!
I love the location. Units are clean, secure, and right outside of town between new construction subdivisions and nothing. The store manager is wonderful. She’s willing to work with you as much as she can. Unfortunately, corporate is not very customer friendly and unwilling to negotiate. So, make sure to “measure twice and cut once” before signing a lease. Corporate has no concern for needs of their clients or staff, no matter who was at fault.
